Our swimming pool is open to residents, their families, and invited guests from Thursday, May 21 through Sunday, September 13, 2026.

Pool & Lifeguard Hours
The pool is open daily from 8am to 10pm.
Lifeguards are on duty 12pm-9pm on Saturdays and Sundays, plus the following holidays: Memorial Day (Monday, May 25), Independence Day (Saturday, July 4), and Labor Day (Monday, September 7).
Monday through Friday, there is no lifeguard on duty. SWIM AT OWN RISK; no one under age 14 is allowed without a parent or guardian.
Adult Swim
During lifeguard hours, the last 10 minutes of every hour are reserved for adult swim. All swimmers must exit the water so lifeguards can sweep the pool for safety and take a short break. Everyone under 18 must stay out of the water during adult swim. Thanks for your cooperation.
Pool Rules
The pool is available to members and tenants in good standing, along with their invited guests. Members must accompany their guests at all times.
- SWIM AT OWN RISK when no lifeguard is on duty
- Children under age 14 may not swim without adult supervision
- No diving
- No running or rough play
- No swimming during inclement weather
- Proper swim attire required for all ages
- Swim diapers or liners required for infants and toddlers
- No food, drink, or glass in the pool area
- No smoking in the pool area
- No animals in the pool area, except service animals
- No wheels on the pool deck, except strollers
- Lifeguard stand is off-limits; no climbing or jumping from the stand
- Please keep music and noise at a courteous level
Pool Access
We have a mobile entry system for homeowner access to the pool area, tennis courts, and clubhouse. To use it, download the Brivo Mobile Pass app to your smartphone (available for both Apple and Android).
Once you've downloaded the app, email [email protected] to request your mobile pass. Be sure to include your name and address in the email. Once received, this pass will allow you to open the gate. Please note that a response may take a short while, but this is a one-time setup process.
