We're glad you're here. A few quick steps will get you fully set up: amenity access, your homeowners account, HOA dues, and neighborhood updates.
Whether you've just closed or are still unpacking boxes, work through the steps below to join the community and unlock everything The Highlands has to offer.
Complete the new homeowner form
This is the most important step, and it's how we get you connected. Fill out the new homeowner form and, using the details you provide, the HOA will set up your account in the homeowners portal, issue your Brivo amenity pass, and send you an invite to the neighborhood WhatsApp group, with no separate sign-ups needed. Keeping this information current also ensures you receive newsletters and important HOA updates.
Download the Brivo mobile app
Access to the pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts runs through the Brivo access system. Install the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After you complete step 1, the Tech Committee provisions your pass and emails it to the address on file. No username or password needed. If your pass doesn't arrive or doesn't work, reach out to the Tech Committee.
Know where to pay your HOA dues
HOA dues are billed annually by our management company, Advantage Community Management. You pay them and check your balance through the HOA payments portal, so it's worth bookmarking now. Questions about your balance or assessment can go to the management company or the HOA board.
